The way to your cure in Austria

✓ Submit application (GP, specialist) & specify desired hotel
Please contact your GP or specialist, who must justify the medical necessity of a cure and fill out the application. Add the desired contract facility (e.g. Vivea Hotel Bad Bleiberg) here. Your application will be forwarded to the responsible insurance provider.

✓ Wait for approval from the insurance provider
If the stay is approved, you, as the applicant, and we will receive a declaration of assumption of costs from the insurance provider

✓ Invitation letter from the Vivea Hotel
We will send you the invitation letter with the date of your stay

✓ Start of treatment on the agreed date
